All items purchased from THE JUNKERS STORE are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If you have chosen the “without tacking number” shipping option, THE JUNKERS is not responsible for lost packages. All inquiries must be taken up by the customer with their local delivery service.

The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within a week’s time!
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let me know and I’ll get you sorted out.
If you’d like a different size, get in touch with me and I’ll let you know what your next steps are.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. THE JUNKERS will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, THE JUNKERS will be happy to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless THE JUNKERS has notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches THE JUNKERS, therefore for your own protection he recommends that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to THE JUNKERS is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note that THE JUNKERS will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters etc.).
Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
I fully endorse my untracked service as a relatively quick & extremely economical shipping method for small orders.
My success rate with shipping international orders is over 99+%.
Without a tracking number this results in the package being returned to sender – often this can take 4/6 weeks.
My recommendation is to spend the small amount extra on tracked shipping for any large order while the untracked option remains very economical and suitable for smaller orders.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
I do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let me know! A common problem that results in a package not arriving is incorrect or incomplete address information.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though I’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me noting your order number. I’ll see what can be done.
